Dimensions Festival runs from 27 to 31 August 2026 at Fort Punta Christo, the abandoned Austro-Hungarian fortress on the coast just south of Pula. It is the biggest electronic music event of the Pula summer, and for five days the fort and its tunnels turn into a string of stages.

What it is

Dimensions is a house and techno festival, known for using the fort itself: the moat, the ramparts, and the dark tunnels as rooms. The setting is the draw as much as the music. If you have been to a festival in a field, this is different, and the sea is a short walk from the dance floor.

Getting there

The fort sits a few kilometres south of the centre, near the Stoja camp. A taxi or Bolt from Pula is quick, and in festival week there are usually shuttles from town. Drive only if you are not planning to drink, because the site has no real parking and the access road clogs up after dark. The getting around Pula guide covers the buses and the taxi maths.

Where to stay

Most attendees base in Pula and travel in, or camp at the nearby Stoja site. Booking a room for the last week of August needs to happen early, because the festival fills the town. If you want the late nights without the taxi, where to stay in Pula sorts the areas.

The honest bit

Dimensions is not a family event and it is not cheap once you add travel and a room in peak August. The tunnels are intense, the queues for drinks can be long, and the whole thing runs late. But it is the one week of the year the fort is fully alive, and Pula nightlife the rest of the summer is quieter by comparison. For the other big draw of the season, the Arena concert schedule runs alongside it.
